A quote from the man. “The Church used to be a lifeboat rescuing the perishing. Now she is a cruise ship recruiting the promising.” Men like Leonard Ravenhill are today far and few. I remember my daughters running through our house singing “So ya wanna go back to Egypt, ya miss the leaks and garlic.” We played Keith Greens tapes constantly. Praise God they stuck!
I’ve still got that album, Manny. And I think if Keith Green were still alive, he would also agree with Mr. Ravenhill’s assessment. Those must be wonderful memories. I praise God with you that they stuck.
A Chinese pastor told James Daly that they were praying for the American church to be persecuted so that we would grow. Unless Jesus returns first, we will suffer more and more persecution. WE will find out what we’re made of.

I agree with that Chinese pastor and I very much appreciate his prayers.
