It’s been way too long since I’ve shared one of Deborah Ann’s poems here. She is continually putting out encouraging and truth-filled posts to help keep God’s Word where it should be: at the fore. I love this poem. It is so true. Our God is not limited. We can praise Him or cry out for help whenever and wherever necessary. He will never leave us or forsake us!
CHRISTian poetry ~ by deborah ann
You can pray to God,
from anywhere . . .
whether you’re outside
or home in your chair.
God is always listening,
His ear is always near
He has the capacity
for every prayer to hear.
You can pray to God,
about everything
He is receptive . . .
to hear anything.
God is always willing,
to listen to your heart
in your supplications
He wants to take part.
You can pray to God,
He loves to converse
you can just let it go
no need to rehearse.
God is available,
morning, noon or night
it doesn’t matter . . .
the time is always right.
You can pray to God,
have a real conversation
whether out in the open
or in quiet mediation!

“Evening, and morning,
and at noon, will I pray,
and cry aloud: and he
shall hear my voice.”
