So you may look lightly upon a Scripture and see nothing; meditate often upon it and there you shall see a light, like the light of the Sun.

Thanks for the good quote from Caryl, Chris. Sometimes I read the Bible in a perfunctory fashion. Gotta get my three chapters in each day. Then I remember reading the Bible for the first time as a Catholic and being totally absorbed and absolutely astonished.
You’re welcome, Tom, and thank you for sharing. I think we all read the Bible that way sometimes. Right now I am in a study of the book of Acts which I’ve probably read more than any book of the Bible. Because of that I sometimes think that I could be best served reading elsewhere. I am never disappointed though. With each reading I always learn something new and something important.
I heard a sermon yesterday on this topic. It’s so true. Thanks for sharing. We all need to meditate on God’s Word. It’s a blessing g to do so!
Amen 🙌 Beautiful
I think so too, Willie! Thank you for your comment!
Be Blessed and Continue to be a Blessing
Thank you, Willie. May God bless you as well and may he continue to work in your life!
