“What can a cartoon produced in 1948 teach us today???”

This question came with the e-mail that I received.  Our Constitution is only as good as our understanding of it.  The big blue hand at the end of the cartoon is what we’ll be facing if we don’t get together and decide that nothing comes without a cost. -CR
