“Even as missiles launched from Gaza are killing innocent Israelis, there is no rest for the anti-Semitic, Israel-bashers at the University of California, Irvine. On Tuesday night, the student senate passed a non-binding resolution requesting that the school divest from eight companies currently doing business with the Jewish State.”

The anti-Semitism that was alive and well in America in the pre-WWII era is evidently re-emerging.

i wonder if any of these Israel basher’s have ever read about Hitler and his genocide. I would hope that these so called enlightened college students would get the facts straight.

Like rebels without a cause these young professing intellectuals take sides with brazen murders and call them good. Too many questions asked and no real thought life other than the latest lies that are taken to heart. Sick minds so easily manipulated.

I don’t think they teach history in many colleges anymore, Manny. I know they don’t do a good job of it in high school. Before WW2, there were Nazi sympathizers spread throughout the U.S. The Book “Bonheoffer” gives a good picture of the situation as does the book “As America Has Done to Israel.” The major center for the Nazi movement in pre-WW II America was named Camp Siegfried located in Yaphank, New York. There were torchlight marches at night in Camp Siegfried just like the ones in Germany.

Siegfried is a legendary hero in medieval German literature. He killed a dragon and bathed in its blood, which made his body invulnerable. No wonder the American Nazis used the name.

Only a month after the largest Nazi rally in America (Aug. 14th, 1938 – The New York Times reporting over 40,000 in attendance), the Great Hurricane of 1938 wiped out Camp Siegfried. The Great Hurricane went right over Adolf Hitler Street. At one point, the hurricane approached 70 miles an hour – a record to this day. Wind gusts of 186 miles an hour were recorded 130 miles inland from the Long Island coast. It is the first time on record that an entire region of the nation was devastated by a disaster. Long Island’s and southern New England’s entire coastline was altered. “The Long Island Express” as it was called destroyed and estimated 750,000 to two billion trees.

It doesn’t matter how “smart” the students at UC Irvine are. Anyone who hates the Jews is eventually in for a lickin’.

I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come, but I’m afraid we are headed back that way again.
