I would like to thank Madge Franks for emailing this video to me. Dr. Carson spoke at the National Prayer Breakfast recently. He is a man with some answers, something that we could use more of these days. Let me know what you think about Dr. Carson’s speech.

Note: It is a few days after posting this and it appears that this video has been pulled from You Tube and you can no longer watch it here. I don’t mean to be paranoid but it wouldn’t surprise me if Mr. Obama’s “workers” had something to do with this. Since we know so little about the man in the oval office because people have been paid to keep secrets, should I be blamed for this type of thinking? Maybe it’s just a glitch. I bet it pops back up one of these days. We’ll see.
Note 2: A day later and it’s back. Must have been a glitch.
Reblogged this on Cracked-Pot and commented:
Watched this at Wings of the Wind and reblogging it at Cracked-Pot. Take a few moments and listen to a great Man of God who champions Jesus and our nation and so many other key points. He is an example of a man who knows first hand the moral and just ways of God taught by his mother.
I am so glad you found this man’s story inspirational enough to reblog it, Manny. Hopefully, many will listen and learn something.
God’s blessings my friend…
What a great man of God. He is an inspiration sorely needed in our day. Christian values and principles taught to him by his mother. He lived in poverty and did not let it mold his lifestyle. His mother taught him that He and his brother as well as herself need not live in a victim mentality.
Education and hard work and using God given talents answers the call to be the best one can be. He is a highly respected neurosurgeon and a very down to earth man who inspires the likes of me.
Thanks for sharing Chris.
You’re welcome, Manny. I have heard it mentioned by some that they would like to see this man as our next president. I know he would run if asked, but I can’t imagine the American public voting for him. He is not concerned with political correctness and he is too Christian. Indeed, his story is an inspirational one which should encourage all of us to live up to our potential.
I always appreciate your comments my friend…
P.S. Chris, there is a movie starring Cuba Gooding as Ben Carson entitled “gifted hands: The Ben Carson story.” We have watched it what a story.
Thanks Manny. I will keep my eyes open for that one (In more ways than one).
