Another excellent work by Keith Thompson.

Thanks, Chris. Interesting and informative. Atheists who argue the Bible condones abusive slavery don’t know the historical details or the context.

    • Chris says:

So true, Tom, and you’re welcome. So many who never even read the Bible think they are Bible scholars. I certainly wouldn’t want to depend on them for information about eternal things.

Wow this was very good; the second half responding to an atheist critique is also very very very good

I think so too, Pastor Jim. I have no idea why Keith stopped making content like this but everything including his earliest stuff, with maybe one exception, was very good and all of it is backed up with good sources.
I miss him and hope he hurries back to doing what I think he is best at.

Sorry, Pastor Jim. I think I accidentally erased a comment of yours here as I was replying to it. You mentioned that you hadn’t seen Keith Thompson do anything for awhile. It is because he hasn’t. Keith’s wonderful work isn’t that easy to find. He no longer has a You Tube channel or a website that I can find. The guy who posted this slavery video has also posted some of Keith’s best stuff but it’s not all there. In one of the comments on his You Tube site,
      “The Third-Man Podcast” states:
“I tried to contact him and I don’t know what happened to him. He seems to (have) just disappear(ed) when he went to seminary.
It seems to be a bit of a mystery. Keith Thompson was so good at what he was doing at such a young age.
