Eugene Lukjanenko is in Prison

December 2, 2017

Eugene is a loving father trying to do a good job of raising his son and his “reward” is eight months of prison in England.  I guess he’s similar to John Bunyan of The Pilgrim’s Progress in that regard.

Both men wound up in English prisons for moral convictions.  Mr. Bunyan wouldn’t stop his open air preaching and Mr. Lukjanenko cannot live comfortably after his son was stolen from him by the British S.S. (Social services).

It is an amazing though not uncommon story these days.  One of the reasons Eugene’s son was taken from him the second time (yes, there was a first time and his son was returned) is that Eugene’s Father was imprisoned in a concentration camp in WWII.

Bizarre.

The reason he is in prison now is because Eugene continued to try and make his case via social media and the English judge wouldn’t tolerate that any longer.

I guess the judge is trying to quiet this man.  As I see it, the judge will fail in this endeavor as I have been watching the well known Russian pianist make his case for months now.

He has been threatened with prison many times because he has done everything legally possible to see his son.  And there was that time he climbed on the roof of some “important” building to share his story via his mighty bullhorn.  I give him bonus points for creativity, that’s for sure.

I’ve lost track of how many hunger strikes Eugene has been on.

Eugene is aware of the effects social media had on a similar case in Norway.  The case got publicity around the world and the family was finally reunited and has fled Norway to be able to raise their children in peace.  Social media had a huge impact on spreading that story and Eugene hopes his case will get the same kind of attention.  The Norwegian “Child Protective Services” attempted to split up a very nice family, the Bodnarius, completely.  Each child was to be sent to live in a different foster home.  If you live in Norway (and apparently the U.K.), the threat of having your child taken from you for little reason is something many citizens fear.  Parents from Norway have been living under this fear of such inhumanity for years. How do I know this? I know this because they’ve told me.

In case you didn’t know, this problem is a common occurrence in the U.K., Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and the U.S. to name a few.  Where I live in the U.S, reunification is usually the goal when a parent is separated from a child by the Child Protective Services.  Sadly, this is not always the case in all of America.  Americans seem to have better chances of getting their child back if they follow all requests of them, however, than the countries I’ve listed.  It is a very sad situation.

I have sent Eugene two emails.  My guess is, because so many know of his case now, that he is getting a good amount of mail.  I will put a link at the bottom of this post if anyone wants to communicate with Eugene.

The above video, in it’s original form, was part of the reason Eugene’s son was taken a second time. All one can see of Eugene’s son is him playing the piano a bit.

If you wish to know more about this situation, you can click on the link at the top of this page called “Recent Accounts of Children Taken” where I’m following three tragic stories. If you scroll down, you will see that Eugene’s is the second situation I am following. Or, if you have facebook, you can check out Eugene’s FB page. Just type his name in the FB search as it appears in the title above.

To send Eugene an email, this site is the one I’m using and it seems to be working ok for now:

http://emailaprisoner.com/

Emails cost 40p and you need to add £5 minimum on the account. Its very easy to set up and all you need is his name and prison number.

If you want to send a note to encourage Eugene Lukjanenko, all you need is:

1) His name
2) His prisoner number which is A6309EC
3) The prison (which is on a scroll down). It is ELMLEY.

If nothing else, please keep Eugene and his son in your prayers.

If scientists are right about the “Big Bang,” “the universe should contain nothing but leftover energy”

November 28, 2017

“The Big Bang should have created equal amounts of matter and antimatter in the early universe. But today, everything we see from the smallest life forms on Earth to the largest stellar objects is made almost entirely of matter. Comparatively, there is not much antimatter to be found. Something must have happened to tip the balance. One of the greatest challenges in physics is to figure out what happened to the antimatter, or why we see an asymmetry between matter and antimatter.”

YOU CAN READ THE REST OF THE ARTICLE FROM CERN HERE.

Science does not have all of the answers and I understand Christianity is no different. However, some give science way too much credit, I think, when scientific proof is a myth.

At least, THIS ARTICLE says so.

When I first posted this I FORGOT TO INCLUDE THE MOST INTERESTING OF THE THREE ARTICLES. IT DISCUSSES RAMIFICATIONS OF THE FIRST ARTICLE ABOVE. IT’S CALLED:

The universe shouldn’t exist, scientists say after finding bizarre behavior of anti-matter

News from Israel – 11/26/2017

November 26, 2017

IDF on the northern border were on high alert Monday – following a weekend when
warning shots were fired twice by an Israeli tank at Assad regime troops inside
Syria who were attempting to fortify positions in a buffer zone on Israel’s border.
The Palestinian Authority (PA) continues inciting school children through their
curriculum. The Knesset Christian Allies Caucus sponsored the Jerusalem Chairman’s
Conference where one of the speakers was Itimar Marcus of the Palestinian Media
Watch. While leaders from many countries including the United States were in
attendance, Marcus shared the actual material being read and studied by ‘Palestinian’
students even those in East Jerusalem. The curriculum is paid for by the UN and
some of that money comes from American Tax Payers. The picture was a
program on a PA children’s show, which aired May 23rd, 2017. How can the PA want
peace, when they teach their children to hate their ‘peace partner’?

In a draft resolution, the Arab League accused Iran and Hezbollah, which it considers
to be a terror organization, of supplying weapons and missiles to various terrorist
militias. “We are not declaring war on Iran at this stage,” announced Arab League
Secretary-General, but we are alerting the Security Council to possible future steps.”
A Jerusalem court ruled that the Palestinian Authority is liable for the 2001 shooting
attack in which three Israelis were murdered. The court ordered the PA and the
terrorists to pay a total of 62 million shekels (around 20 million dollars) to the
victims’ Israeli family.

Saudi Arabia ordered Palestinian Authority President Abbas – to either accept an
Israeli-Palestinian peace deal being put together by the Trump administration,
or resign. (IND Weekly)

Washington tells Palestinian Authority to join Israel in Peace Negotiations or the
office of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) will not be recertified
next month.

My comments:

I believe that Israel is God’s prophetic timepiece. The Middle East appears more stressed than ever. Are we nearing fulfillment of Biblical prophecies that we presently don’t understand completely? I continue to watch the tiny nation surrounded by enemies.

The First European Country To Recognize A Third Gender

November 9, 2017

“After California recently passed legislature to officially recognize a third gender, courts in a European country have ruled to do the same.
“A ruling from Germany’s Federal Constitutional Court determined that legislators must recognize a third gender designation at birth. Only allowing for male and female options violates Germany’s federal ban on discrimination, the court decided, and is therefore unconstitutional.”

Today, I read an article about a young boy who thought he was more like a girl a few years back so adults allowed him to take drugs to enhance his feminine feelings. Two years later, the twelve year old boy has outgrown his female sentiments and wants to be a boy again. There will be a surgery to remove breasts that the drugs helped form.

I was, and still am, curious. When did the idea of having a sex change first cross a human mind? After searching the internet for information, I wasn’t able to get that far back in history. Maybe someone can share their knowledge with me in the comments section.

I did find a related article from yesterday that is quoted above (click on the quote to go to the article). As I recall, God created man and woman. There are only two sexes. Now, states and entire nations are beginning to recognize a third gender.

The world is going mad.

The Protestant Reformation – 500 years

October 30, 2017

The above videos are 3, 30, and 70 minutes long, respectively. The 2nd video was found at Maria Tatham’s blog. Her blog, previously called “Pilgrim’s Progress revisited – a former Catholic on the narrow way,” is now called “Pilgrim’s Progress revisited – Christiana on the narrow way.” Each video can give you a timely summary of the Reformation and why it is vitally important to Protestants. If anyone is able to find anything historically wrong with any of the three, please leave a comment.

What do you believe about God? I think it is the most important question. Having been raised in the Protestant church named after the man who is remembered today, The Lutheran Church (Missouri Synod in my case), I have been somewhat familiar with this topic for a long time. It is why I have included the fourth video. Influential “protestants” in today’s world are attempting to ignore important doctrines, rediscovered by the reformers, in an attempt to create unity. Unity without truth is worthless. If this seems harsh, one should read the words of Martin Luther. As I read his words in a search for material for this post, I was struck at how biting many of his words would seem to people today. It is obvious why his words put his life at risk at the time.

There were three famous “solas” (Latin word for “only”) that Martin Luther coined, which ultimately sparked the Reformation. Here they are below, as well as a description of each:

1. Sola Gratia (“only by grace alone”): Luther read scripture verses such as Ephesians 2:8 (“For it is by grace you have been saved…” ESV) and came to believe that it is only through God’s grace, not any works a person can do, that salvation is accomplished. One must rely on God’s free and infinite grace for his salvation and must not try to add to it through good deeds, giving money, etc.

2. Sola Fide (“only through faith alone”): Luther furthermore believed whole-heartedly that salvation only comes through a person’s faith in God. He came to believe this through continuing to read Ephesians 2:8, “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast” (ESV). He argued that God’s great grace saves sinners, in conjunction with the faith that He also provides.

3. Sola Scriptura (“only through the Scriptures alone”): Finally, Luther was a strong advocate of the idea that to understand God’s grace and to have faith in Him, the common person must be able to have access to God’s Word, the Bible. During a time when only the priests and religious teachers could read the Scriptures, Luther, along with other reformers, believed the common man must be able to hear the Word of God in his own language and understand it for himself. He noted verses like 2 Timothy 3:16 which states, “All Scripture is breathed out by God and is profitable for teaching, reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness” (ESV). Therefore, since every part of Scripture is God’s Word, then the common man must be able to hear and understand it to have faith in God.

Modern man is no different than man who lived in Medieval Times. He needs the God of the Bible. Each must “be able to hear and understand it to have faith in God.”

Norwegian Child Protection Barnevernet (CWS), a State Within the State?

October 9, 2017

By Morten Ørsal Johansen
Translated by Professor Marianne H. Skanland

Barnevernet, the Norwegian Child Welfare Services (CWS), do not remove children from their parents for no reason, or do they? I have to admit that I myself have been among those who thought that there must be a very good reason behind their taking children into care. The first thing you think of is that probably, the parents have subjected their children to violence, or to neglect, there are drug or alcohol problems in the family or they have in some other way exposed the children to serious neglect. In the course of my political life I have obtained thorough insight into Barnevernet and close contact with many of the families who are affected by the agency. I will go as far as to say they have been struck by disaster.

Here in Oppland county I have got to know cases, have seen documents, and have heard recordings, which have made me wonder what kind of establishment the CWS are, what kind of people work there, what kind of municipalities let the CWS charge ahead in the way they want to do.

I was a witness in a case before the County Committee, the tribunal that oversees CWS cases. That was when it really became clear to me how erroneous this system is. Thirteen witnesses were heard, from the CWS, from the service for Child and Youth Psychiatry, the school, the health nurse, a mandated expert, and the family. Lillehammer CWS were alone in going for taking into care, the other twelve witnesses were against. The decision of the County Committee was that the child was to be taken into care!

In the municipality of Gran, the children of a family were taken, without warning, from the school and the kindergarten, while the parents were fetched from their jobs by the police. The cause was that an adult had reported a worry to the CWS, four months earlier (!), when she had heard one of the children say that their daddy gets just as angry as the father in the story and film “Emil i Lønneberget”.

The most suspect and frustrating of all in child protection cases I hold to be the absence of any requirement of proof, of stated and reasoned cause, or of concrete answers. Allegations are made without any form of documentation, just expressions like “we think” and “our assessment”. The County Committees accept vague, undefined claims and arguments and do not demand anything in the way of quality control and concrete justification for the CWS’s conclusions. I have lost count of how many times I have read, and heard, that the answer of the CWS to questions is that there has been a “professional assessment based on child expertise”, an undefinable phrase which even the Ministry of Children and Equality says does not give a concrete explanation of anything at all. Or the proposed measures are said to “have been assessed to be in the best interest of the child”. It is never revealed what these “assessments” consist of, what the background for the “assessments” is, and which concrete points constitute the basis of the assessments.

I know an extremely high number of examples of how representatives of the CWS act. They have in my view become a state within the state, they do not act according to existing laws and rules. It seems to me that they have one goal only: as many children as possible taken into care. This is not how the CWS should work.
It has also come to my knowledge that a municipal head administrator, with the mayor present, has said that the municipality does not have the resources for long term assistance and that taking children into care is therefore cheaper, since a lot of the expense is then covered by the state. It makes me somewhat upset.

In the autumn of last year, the CWS of Østre Toten municipality had four employees guarding the entrance to a house for seven hours, with the help of two police patrols. The reason was that the people living there knew a mother whose son had escaped from a foster home. No wonder Barnevernet in our Norwegian municipalities cost the tax payers billions every year when we see what resources they have access to. I also question the uncritical cooperation of the police in that kind of task, and their use of resources when they are able to man the driveway of a house for hours, on the day after a killing had taken place in the same municipality.

The CWS in Land municipality have been discussed in the media, with their 89% violations of the law. The County Governor’s report revealed transgressions, serious errors and deficiencies. In my experience, matters have not improved in Land. I know of a child protection case which was before the County Committee for Social Affairs this summer. The proceedings were broken off by the Committee leader because Land CWS did not have sufficiently much of a case. But the CWS refuse to drop the case and were granted a deferment, so now they are working to strengthen their arguments for having the children taken into care.

Furthermore, I have listened to a recording from a meeting at Valdres CWS, in which a social worker says straight out that they do not try to return children to the parents. Being asked to stick to the paragraph of the law requiring them to work for return, the social worker says that “we know the law, but it is not complied with by us”. The same case worker has also stated that “the child protection law is only a guide”.

The Child Welfare Services need a proper clean up. Since I have just been shown trust by the voters re-electing me to Stortinget (Parliament), I will spend a lot of time on this in the coming period.

Morten Ørsal Johansen has been a member of the Norwegian parliament Stortinget for 8 years, representing Oppland County, and was re-elected on 11 September 2017 for a third term.
——————————-

FINALLY!!! A Norwegian politician with the pluck to tell it like it is.

A week ago, I received an email informing me of this article and giving me permission to print it. My understanding is that while it has gotten a good deal of notice in Norway and as far away as India, the propaganda machine at the Barnevernet (The Norwegian Child Welfare Services) is in full overdrive. No comments are being made by those responsible for the honest description of the situation by Mr. Johansen and for all appearances the Norwegian CPS services continue to “thrive” in “The best place to live in the world.”

Hopefully, Mr. Johansen’s article will have a much greater effect than leaving notes of protest at Prime Minister Erna Solberg’s Facebook page. There, concerned citizens have left comments en masse about this awful situation only to have the entire conversation deleted. The families who have experienced the “help” described by Mr. Johansen must feel like those who have left an individual comment for Ms. Solberg. The comment is lost among thousands. The difference is, in truth, the difference between having your child(ren) stolen and being ignored on social media.

“Norway is a parliamentary democracy and constitutional monarchy.” “Today the King’s duties are mainly representative and ceremonial. When the Constitution states that: ‘the executive power is vested in the King’, this now means that it is vested in the Government.” Thus, Harald V won’t be pulling a sword from a stone or anvil “à la manière de” Arthur on this issue anytime soon. It’s going to take more men like Johansen to make a difference.

One has to question democratic freedoms in such a society. When it comes to child welfare policies, Norway is very dictatorial and requires almost complete subservience to the state. This is much more totalitarian in nature than anything free.

I know some wonderful people in Norway. I pray that they find a way to vote in more men like Mr. Johansen. This evil has gone on far too long.

Nadia and Caspian’s Fight for Freedom – PART 2

September 4, 2017

Written by Bjorn Korf
Edited by Margaret Hennum

It seemed to be the perfect happy ending for Nadia and her sweet little son Caspian. Caspian was taken by Norway’s Child Welfare System, barnevernet, in June of 2016. With the help of a good lawyer, international pressure, prayer and social media activities, Nadia won her case in September and Caspian came straight home.

They both stayed at Margaret and Dag Hennum’s home for a while, a lovely Christian couple, where they started to recover from the horrible trauma that Norway’s Child Welfare System had just caused in their lives. Even though the case was closed and Caspian was returned to his loving mother, barnevernet never apologised for their mistake.

In February 2017 Nadia moved to Ulsteinvik, looking forward to starting a new life. With her own new apartment and with a place for Caspian in a Kindergarten she was looking forward to finally leaving that dark chapter behind. Also, she was happy to establish new relationships with new people in the neighborhood who didn’t know anything about her past struggles with barnevernet. Everything seemed perfect, but things were about to change.

Margaret Hennum commented:

“It all started recently with a phone call that was listened to legally, and barnevernet was contacted about this. I’ve read this report and it states that Nadia said during the phone call that she had a headache.“

Two women from barnevernet with two policemen then showed up at Nadia’s new apartment. But Nadia wasn’t there because she was visiting friends. For several hours barnevernet were sneaking around the house like the former DDR-Stasi would and stayed until evening to see whether she would come home or not. They also interviewed the housekeeper about her parental skills. They even forced the owner of the house, helped by two policemen, to open Nadia’s apartment for them.

Once again they were violating Nadia’s rights. They didn’t have any legal grounds for these actions against her and what’s even worse they have again completely ruined both Nadia’s and Caspian’s whole new life. Barnevernet has totally destroyed her reputation and trust in the neighborhood and have terrorised her so much that Nadia had to cancel the apartment and Caspian’s place in the kindergarten.

Now, Nadia has to find a new place again to live.

Who is responsible for this never ending nightmare? It is barnevernet in Volda, and its leader Brynhild Solvang. And it is Anne-Beate Vartdal and Eva Andreassen Lynge who forced themselves into Nadia’s home, and it is Mr. Kyrre Grimstad. After this incident he wanted to force Nadia into a meeting but she was wise enough not to go. He left a message saying that barnevernet needs to know where she is, even though her case is closed. He also tried to contact Margaret and Dag Hennum in order to get hold of Nadia and Caspian. It is Mr. Grimstad who is responsible for not letting this mother and child live a normal life.

Shame on him and shame on Norway for not following standard legal procedures and for not respecting Human Rights and for causing so much pain in peoples lives.

Nadia and Caspian’s Fight for Freedom – PART 1

September 4, 2017

Written by Bjorn Korf
Edited by Steven Bennett

Nadia’s first encounter with Norway’s Child Welfare System, barnevernet, was when she was 13 years old. Nadia was forcefully removed from school, separated from her siblings, put into an institution, which sadly didn’t help her but in fact, made her teenage years far worse.

“I have never received any real help from the child welfare system in Norway, they have destroyed my life and we have never met again as a whole family ever since,” says Nadia.

Several years later, in her late twenties, Nadia gave birth to a baby boy called Caspian (Dec 2015). And what Nadia feared most was soon to be realized. Barnevernet approached her again and threatened to take her baby away from her unless she would be willing to submit herself together with Caspian, into a mother’s home.

If you’re not Norwegian you might think that this is a place where mothers and their children are being properly cared for. But many Norwegians and international observers call these places “Horror homes for mothers”. These are the institutions where mothers and their babies are being observed and tested under stressful situations. For example, does the mother have sufficient eye contact with her baby? This is also a place with no privacy because of 24/7 Video surveillance.

Nadia was forced to stay in two of these mother’s homes even though the child welfare’s decision was not based on any legal ground. The people responsible in barnevernet didn’t have the authority from a judge which would have authorized them to put Nadia into such a place.

But sadly, Nadia didn’t know this – she was so afraid of losing her son forever, because of her own experience.

In May 2016, Nadia and Caspian left the mother’s home and found refuge at Margaret and Dag Hennum’s home. Margaret is a pediatric nurse and all her life she has been professionally working with Children. She lovingly observed Nadia and wrote reports which showed that Nadia is a loving and capable mother.

A few weeks later, on June 13th the unimaginable happened: Case workers, along with five policemen stormed the house and in true 1930’s Nazi or former DDR Stasi style, removed little Caspian from his bed where he was sleeping peacefully. And once again there were no legal grounds for this cold and calculated operation.

No court orders were shown, no arrest warrants. The policemen actually admitted to Margaret that they don’t really understand the situation themselves and that they’re only following orders.

The next few weeks Nadia lived in constant fear of permanently losing her son. She had occasional visitation rights and a lawyer started to work on her case.

This particular case caused a lot of awareness on social media and within a short time Nadia and Caspian became well known around the world. It doesn’t happen very often in Norway that Children are returned, when they have been unfairly taken, but with the help of a lawyer and through international pressure, with both prayer and social media activities, Nadia won her case. On 12 Sept 2016, Caspian finally came home to mummy.

In this same month, Nadia participated at the “Save the Children” symposium in Vienna. Check out this Video of Nadia and Margaret sharing details of the case:

(Nadia and Caspian are featured at the very beginning and at approx. the 9 minute mark.)

This may sound like a happy ending, but unfortunately it’s not. Norway’s child welfare never apologized to Nadia and now, a year later, they’re making life very difficult for them again.

Part two continues the story of Nadia and Caspian’s fight for freedom.

– – – – – – – – – – – – –

For those of you who read many updates here about the story of the young Norwegian Mother, Nadia, who successfully fought the “Child Protection Services” (NCWS) of her own country to rightfully raise her son, these two posts condense the story and explain the continued harassment she receives to this very day. For those who didn’t read the updates, you will find the behavior of a “first world” country described in this report shocking. I have kept up with Nadia’s situation and have thought more than once about asking her if I could write another update. Her case has become very well known. The reports are written by a Christian man who lives in Austria who has worked tirelessly to help publicize stories like Nadia’s. I am grateful that he has allowed me to republish his articles here.

OSLO DEMONSTRATION AGAINST CHILD WELFARE VIOLATIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND PROFESSIONALISM

August 15, 2017

This Saturday, a very important event will take place. Norwegians from all over Norway, including folks from other countries, will be protesting the evil deeds of a “Child Protection Service” gone horribly wrong in Norway.

Organizers are hoping for the biggest demonstration on this issue ever in Norway’s history. If recent social media is any indication, organizers will accomplish this goal.

Political Elections will be held in Norway in September and this event will be noticed. I am Facebook friends with more than one of the event speakers and I am requesting that anyone who reads this will pray that the event is a huge success.

I would like to thank my FB friend, Bjo Ern, for providing me with the following itinerary. May God bless those who are willing to speak up against the evils of a country-sponsored child kidnapping organization.

Join the Global Facebook Challenge: Norway, return Tyler to Amy

July 20, 2017

For the second year in a row, the effort to raise awareness about a stolen American Child is taking place. I am joining the effort for the second year now and, oops, my picture from this challenge from last year is still up on Facebook. I plan to change it sometime in the next week. Thank you to my FB friend and brother in Christ Bjo Ern for all of the effort he has put into helping this loving mother get her son back. Here are Bjorn’s simple directions if you wish you be a part of a growing protest:

On July 23rd 2013 the Norwegian Child Welfare Services took Tyler away from his loving mother Amy Jakobsen over a breastfeeding issue. States have no right to permanently remove Children from their families without compelling reasons in extraordinary circumstances.

On July 23rd 2017 (this Sunday) let’s tell Norway to return the boy where he belongs:

1. Print out the PDF sign “Norway return Tyler to Amy”. Have a picture of you taken with it, and then publish it as your Facebook profile picture. Important: add the Hashtag #FreeTyler and tag the Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg, so that she would get aware of what’s happening on that day.

Get the PDF sign here (right click, save as):
https://freetylercom.files.wordpress.com/2016/10/freetyler_poster.pdf

2. Invite your friends to this campaign (“invite” Button)

3. Write a post where you nominate at least two of your Facebook friends to participate.

If you’re not yet familiar with the case you may want to check here:
