California must consider earlier parole for sex offenders, judge rules
Are Californians really going to let this happen? I guess we’ll see. I have friends who live in the state where I grew up and they are staying for a variety of reasons. I wish them well in spite of the lawlessness that seems to be pervasive there.
California is a different world than it was in 1970.
