I am very thankful for Jerry Cox and the Arkansas Family Council. Jerry and his team have been on the front lines at our state capital for years fighting for Godly values. Arkansas has some of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country partly due to the diligence of The Arkansas Family Council. May God continue to bless Jerry and the rest of those working so hard to uphold righteousness in our wonderful state.
This news was shared on Facebook by Jerry Cox, President of The Arkansas Family Council. We are facebook friends and I have worked with Jerry on a moral issue in our state.
“Arkansas has just been named the third most pro-life state in the nation. Only Oklahoma and Louisiana rank higher. In addition, Arkansas has been named as one of five “All star” states that is doing an outstanding job of protecting women and children from abortion. Here is the story. Thanks to our friends in the Arkansas Legislature, Arkansas is one of the most pro-life places in the nation.”
I am happy that my state is one of the leaders in the nation on protecting the lives of the unborn. We have so much work left to do. Please pray for all of the Pregnancy Crisis Centers that are helping young women make the right decisions every day.
I am very happy that my Mom did not abort me. Jerry Cox is one of my heroes. He is the leader of the Arkansas Family Council here in Arkansas.
HERE is a link to his blog where you can see an interview with Jase Robertson, one of the folks who is on the popular show named in the title of this post.
I don’t get many channels so I don’t watch the show. Many have said that it’s very good.
As I type this, 28,398,000 babies have been aborted worldwide this year.
Today is my birthday. I am happy to be here. I will never stop fighting for the rights of the unborn.
May God bless all of you who are trying to stop this heinous crime that destroys human life.
The pro-life movement is gaining momentum in Washington and the public is being asked to join in the effort.
“Live Action released undercover videos of abortion clinic personnel saying they do not resuscitate babies born alive during abortions. Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell was convicted of murder for killing babies born alive during abortions, and Operation Rescue and Life Dynamics released an interview with three former abortion clinic workers claiming a Houston abortionist killed aborted babies born alive.”

My comment: I love Thursdays. This is because it is “baby-saving day” where I work. The center where I work has an ultrasound machine and a certified technician who does a great job helping young women to see what is developing inside of them. I’ve only been there five years, but in the 25 years the center has been in operation over 2,000 babies have been saved from abortion; several recently.
That abortion is still legal in America is a tragedy beyond comprehension. The ladies at the center cry each time a woman chooses abortion. I teach parenting at the center, where I get to help parents realize how important it is for their families to have God in their lives. What a responsibility, privilege, and blessing it is!
I pray that the momentum this article speaks of continues as we near, I believe, the soon coming of our Lord and Savior.
“This riveting TV advertisement, produced and directed by ARTL’s founding vice president Steve Curtis, demonstrates one of the great dangers of Plan B in that it even further destroys the boundary of protection that naturally surrounds women and young girls. Of course the greatest danger of the ‘Morning After Pill’ is that it is designed to kill a child, whether son or daughter.”
Many of you are aware that one judge made one ruling that may lead to the plan b pill being sold over the counter. It is a tragic sign of the times in which we live.
I don’t have the latest information on this, but my mom saw it in an almost hidden space in the local newspaper. It appears that the representatives for the people of Arkansas are continuing to push for more restrictions on abortion. I’m hoping that this measure will pass as have the last two anti-abortion laws. A veto will need to be overridden and there will be litigation, but I am thankful to live in a state where life is valued by the majority.

Arkansas legislators have overridden a veto by the governor in order to prohibit most abortions after 12 weeks of pregnancy, the earliest ban of any state in the country.
“I feel grateful that people recognize that the abortion policy of this nation has not made abortions rare,” said the bill’s sponsor, Sen. Jason Rapert, in a statement. “In Arkansas, we have now recognized the need for a more balanced policy, and Roe v. Wade has allowed us this option.”
“I am so proud of my fellow legislators for standing up and protecting the lives of unborn children,” he continued. “When there is a heartbeat, there is life.”

Many have worked and prayed that this would become law in Arkansas. May God bless all of those who have made this possible.
My friend, Ellen Varhalla, shared this picture on Facebook today. This is what we all looked like at 12 weeks in the womb. It is legal to kill this living human being in all 50 states. It is a tragedy beyond description.
We have torn the Ten Commandments from our courthouse walls. “Thou shalt not kill” has been removed from the American conscience.
