Iran Deal Increases Chance for Middle East War

April 13, 2016

It’s been way too long since I’ve posted something about the Middle East. My understanding of the Bible makes Israel very important forever. Check out the “New Jerusalem” discussed in Revelation 21. Iran and Russia appear to be “riding high,” creating more tension (if that’s possible) in the Middle East.

I was surprised to see Russian jets fly so close to U.S. naval personnel doing drills on a naval destroyer. It was reported that one jet got within 30 feet of the vessel.

Mr. Putin is not afraid to put our seamen in danger.

STOP BARNEVERNET

April 13, 2016

Over the past few weeks, blog posts and social media information and statements about this Saturday’s Worldwide protest have continued to multiply. I have already communicated the Hot Springs event here. I have no idea how many will show up. There might be 10. There might be 50. The number doesn’t matter to me as the worldwide demonstration will have plenty of people. I thought we should be represented.

I hope you can show up at a local demonstration near you.

Here are Jitka Fialova’s comments:

Anti-Norwegian CPS message by Jitka Fialová from Czech Republic

With Every day that passes more incriminating evidence piles up against Barnevernet. Here is an argumentative discourse by Mrs. Jitka Fialová from Czech Republic, one of the administrators of the page: “Norway, give us back the children you stole”. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWCSC2obqQY (The video above)

“I am Jitka Fialová, a mother of three and one of admins on the page Norway, give us back the children you stole. I joined the stop barnevernet movement about a year ago when I was informed about the story of Eva Michalaková. In this case, her 2 children were taken by Barnevernet after false accusations and separated not only from their mother and father but also from all other relatives, their language, their culture and from each other. I found out, that Children’s rights in Norway are not valued like I would expect in this reportedly most democratic country in the world. An arrested criminal has far better legal protection than small children who are being taken away from their families without any provocation and placed with total strangers. Criminals can be held only a few hours in custody to be evaluated by an experienced police lawyer. A small acutely replaced child may have to wait several months for a careful evaluation of whether the conditions for snatching him or her were met! With my engagement in this issue I want to prove that an Eastern country like the Czech Republic can be more civilized than Norway because we do care about our families. So please join demonstrations around the world on April 16th to stop Barnevernet.

My friends in Norway, please go to Oslo, Stryn, Bergen or any other city where a protest is scheduled to join the fight against Barnevernet!”.

Peter Costea – 66.6 hours in Norway

April 12, 2016

Rodi has posted an excellent and eye-opening report by an attorney who specializes in humanitarian cases. His observations of Norway are quite enlightening.

rodi's avataragnus dei - english + romanian blog

aPeter Costea is a civil rights attorney practicing in Houston, Texas. He also holds a PhD in diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Boston, Massachusetts.

I spent 66.6 hours or so in Norway in late February 2016. It was my first trip there. I landed in Oslo around noon on a Wednesday, and left a little after 6 a.m. the following Saturday from Bergen, a city on Norway’s West coast. It was a quick trip which, however, opened my eyes to the New Norway, where family, marriage, parenthood, and the meaning of parenting have morphed into something the world has never seen before, including the shocking reality that children can be taken away from parents, or be deprived of parental rights, without court order.

[….]

in the span of only 66.6 hours, many of my impressions about Norway changed. Or, maybe I should say, new impressions formed…

LET THE CHILDREN BE SET FREE

April 11, 2016

I would like to thank my friend Octavian for sharing this. He got it from Cristian Cazacu.

This problem is worldwide but particularly in the Scandinavian countries. If we can stop it there, maybe it will not infect neighboring countries. Remember Hillary Clinton’s “It Takes a Village?” The idea is alive and well in the U.S. Will the people say “enough” even if they are educated about the problem? How much more do we know about the development of the child within the womb since 1973? Abortion is still legal. It remains to be seen how this will all play out.

What do you think?

Mid-East Prophecy Update – April 10th, 2016

April 11, 2016

Pastor JD Farag is always interesting. I watch him because he has unique view of things because of his Arab heritage. He is an American Pastor living in Hawaii who does a weekly prophecy update. He is the only Calvary Chapel pastor I am currently listening to. He is a pre-trib believer who has made some very interesting and unique Biblical points about this idea over the years. Although the pre-trib rapture view is “growing old” to many, I seem to be leaning more that way all of the time. I’ll never be dogmatic about it or another view until it happens or unless the scriptures become clearer to me on the subject.

Pastor Farag makes some comments about Jeremiah here that are thought-provoking. If you are wondering, He has expressed his appreciation for this country many times. I have seen him get emotional about the thought that he might still be a Muslim if his family hadn’t moved to America. The Jeremiah section begins around 19:30.

This man has a pastor’s heart.

“God, Love, Light & Life: Studies in 1 John

April 11, 2016

I went to watch John Haller’s prophecy update and found myself listening to a Bible Study on 1 John instead. Mr. Haller was ill and Pastor Steve Mitchell filled the gap quite nicely.

I hope the good pastor puts up the rest of this study. I will post it here if so.

WEEKLY WRAP-UP FOR 4-9-2016

April 9, 2016

What a wonderful week it has been! Sunday night, I was invited to speak at the Betania Romanian Church here in Hot Springs. They were such a gracious group of believers. I informed them that I was practicing my speech for the upcoming worldwide protest on them and they were very attentive. After an hour of worship and Bible Reading, I was given the opportunity to share my speech. Brother Gabriel translated the speech into Romanian. There were about 120 or so in the congregation, maybe more. Some of the members in the church knew more about the Norwegian problem than I do. Brother Daniel has become my contact and thinks that maybe 50 people will show up from his church at the demonstration on April 16th.

The speech was interesting. It was the first time that I have had to hold back tears during this learning experience. The training I received at Toastmasters (a speech club I once belonged to) was very helpful.

THAT WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING OF THE WEEK!

This is how the blog week started:

A post was then put up about the coming worldwide demonstration. Here is an excellent video showing demonstrations that have already occurred this year:

I’m a bit of a theology guy if you haven’t noticed. Dan’s blog, The Battle Cry, which I have been following for years had a great article that I re-blogged this week. It featured Pastor Gary Gilley of The Southern View Chapel. I have great respect for the discernment of Pastor Gilley.

YOU CAN FIND THE ARTICLE HERE. Don’t let the title of this piece scare you.

Two posts were then re-blogged, one by my blogging buddy, Manny Rodriquez and other by my American/Romanian friend Chris Prunean. Chris had great news! A judge in Norway made a judgement that baby Ezekiel must be returned to the Bodnariu Family! A CPS worker has stated that there may be an appeal in the case, but for now the baby is home with his parents who are praying for a similar judgement in the cases of their other 4 children.

SEE MANNY’S POST HERE.

American students are supposed to take American History in 5th grade, 8th grade, 12th grade, and again in college.
THIS POST WAS SENT TO ME BY BARBARA ANABLE. How is it possible that any American college student can’t answer the question: “Who won the Civil War?”

DELIGHT IN TRUTH LISTED CITIES WORLDWIDE WHERE DEMONSTRATIONS AGAINST NORWAY’S CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES WILL BE HELD HERE. He was kind enough to include a small city like Hot Springs on his list. Hopefully, many will learn of the ongoing situation in Norway.

On Thursday, Jose Fernandez, the Superintendent of Hot Springs National Park approved my Special Use Permit request for a demonstration here in Hot Springs on the day of Worldwide protests. I would like to thank Tricia, Jose’s assistant, for her professional handling of my request. THE DETAILS OF THE HOT SPRINGS PROTEST CAN BE FOUND HERE.

By the grace of God, I was able to manage to squeeze in four days of teaching in different area schools. We have wonderful children living in our area. I got to teach Jr. High Social Studies, keyboarding, and music. Friday was fantastic. I got to spend my day with the special ed. kids at Fountain Lake Elementary.

I am constantly encouraged by CHRISTian poetry by Deborah Ann. HER WONDERFUL POEM MAY BE FOUND HERE.

I pray that all of you have a blessed weekend.

Special Use Permit for Hot Springs Protest Approved

April 7, 2016

I have received the Special Use Permit required to gather at a First Amendment location within Hot Springs National Park. Here’s a close copy of the press release given to the local newspaper, The Sentinel Record, today.

(The press release was the tri-fold flyer we plan to hand out that day complete with updated material. The current handout includes the release of Ezekiel. As a CPS worker has stated that an appeal may be made by the CPS in the baby’s case, we hope this information stays current.)

When: 16th of April, 2016

Time: 10am-12pm

Where: Near the National Park office sign (above) at 101 Reserve Street at the corner of Central and Reserve at 10:00 a.m. If we have more than 25 people, we will have to spread out on the sidewalk near the fountain across the street. We will walk down the sidewalk at bathhouse row, impeding no other pedestrians, to the 1st Amendment Area on the Arlington Lawn across from the Arlington Hotel. We should be there around 10:30 a.m. After a prayer, a few songs, and a few speeches, we will return to where we began. The Arlington Lawn protest should last no longer than 1 hour.

Parking: Parking may be difficult as this is the final day of horse racing at Oaklawn. If there are no spaces at Hill Wheatly Plaza, parking should be available in the city’s free parking garage on Central Avenue. If you find no spaces there, you will probably be able to find a spot on one of the side streets near Hill Wheatly Plaza. Parking by the Arlington Hotel may be difficult for those who don’t want to walk bathhouse row. Arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to find parking.

I will be staying after the event until 2:00 to hand out flyers on the sidewalk on Central Avenue. If you wish to help, that would be great. I will give a brief “handout training” when we return to 101 Reserve Street.

If you have any questions, please ask them here.

God’s blessings…

Chris Reimers

April 16th, 2016 Will Truly Be a D-Day!

Global Protest April 16 – Australia & New Zeeland locations

This is the list of global locations for the upcoming anti-Barnevernet protests. All I can say is WOW. Just wow. Many of these locations will have thousands of protesters. Delight in Truth is organizing the Los Angeles protest along with leaders from over 10 churches in the greater LA area. The world is uniting behind the Bodnariu family against the great injustice done to them by Barnevernet, AND behind the other families unfairly decimated by the Norwegian CPS.

We are in deep trouble

April 6, 2016

http://safeshare.tv/w/oHbxeOtsOP

“Man on the street” interviews are rarely accurately displayed. In this case, these are college aged students and the questions are, well…you’ll see. I know these were political questions, but I don’t think the answers would have been any better if they had been Biblical ones like: Can you name one of the 12 disciples? I must admit, I don’t know who Snookie is. I guess I’m out of the loop.

Thanks to Barbara Anable for sharing this interesting and thought-provoking video.
