Legal Kidnapping in Norway – American Mother Victim

June 4, 2016

“On July 23rd, 2013 sweet little Tyler (who then was 19 months old) was taken away by Barnevernet over a Breastfeeding issue. They took him because he did not want to move to solid foods, he mostly wanted milk and his mother Amy would still nurse him occasionally. In year and a half he had 9,6 kg. So there was no reason for concern, because according to weight charts 9,6 kg are normal. Check out this video as Tyler’s mother Amy shares the sad story. Even though she is an American citizen the American embassy did not help her.”

This is another example of many showing the power of the Childcare system in Norway. Our President wont even help? How about those in the embassy? Why bother to have an embassy if it does nothing in such an obvious case? You all need to watch this. “Legal kidnapping” is the perfect term for it. Removing a child from his mother’s breast? It has got to be one of the greatest sins.

We will be praying for you and your family, Amy.

Letter to Ms. Solveig Horne, Norwegian Minister of Children and Equality

June 3, 2016

This letter was posted to Ms. Solveig Horne’s Facebook page today:

Ms. Solveig Horne,

I have seen your photo on several websites and blogs. I must be honest. Several months ago, I hadn’t ever seen or heard of you. Now, when I see your face, I think of little children. I think of children who are taken from their parents for the most minor of reasons. I think of Norway’s Barnevernet.

I don’t have to tell you that most of the world disagrees with the policies of the BV. You already know that. You also are aware of the news that the Bodnariu’s will be returned to their family if you do not appeal the decision. I know you already know what you will do. You will probably not appeal and allow the embarrassment of the situation to subside. If you appeal you know the world will be angry.

I, for one, will not go away no matter which decision you make about how the CPS will now treat the Bodnariu family. Will there be an apology sent for keeping children from their parents for months? You have been hoping the masses will go away. You wish them to go nicely back to their homes and have no more demonstrations in the streets.

I will tell you this.

There will be another demonstration in my town. I know because I will organize it. All of the signs we have except one we can reuse because they had the BV name on them and not the Bodnariu name as someone had foresight. My goal will be to have more people at the next protest in my town than we had in April. I hope to have better media coverage. I will have more time to plan it than I did the previous one. I will pick a date for this protest in the next few months.

“Why am I going to do this?” some may ask. My response will be: “The Bodnariu family was one of thousands and we must not forget those thousands who have been treated just like the Bodnarius. One family has been freed but a system that denies human rights and due process to families continues to operate as if nothing has happened. I cannot be silent.”

This will be my true reply, Ms. Horne. I hope someday that your policies will be changed and that people in Norway can go back to a life where they don’t always have to be concerned about a principal, a neighbor, a teacher, a pastor, a “friend,” or anyone making a statement about a family that starts a process where the children are never able to spend any time with their parents without the intruding eyes and presence of the Barnevernet until they are 18.

Ken Joar Olsen, My Good Friend, Speaks in Trondheim

May 31, 2016

Having known Ken only a few months, it seems like I have known him my entire life. He is honest, brave, and a role model to all who have gone through difficulties and have come out on another side.

Ken didn’t have a Bible when I first met him, but he knew how to operate the internet well. I asked him to go to Bible gateway and begin to read. He told me that it was nice to read something that wasn’t destructive (or words similar to that). He continues to read his Bible daily.

Ken is a hero of mine. He is a gifted individual with many talents. I know. I am a teacher who can spot talent. God has given him those talents and it is sad that, because of the cruel “Child Protective Services” in Norway that he hasn’t really started using them until now.

I have never gone through what he has. I only hope if I ever go though anything as difficult as he, that I will turn out like he has. Yes, he has a long way to go to forgive those who have ruined his life to this point. Wouldn’t you? Yet, he continues on to help others in need.

One day he will read the story of the good Samaritan and he will see that it is about people like him, selflessly acting to help others. The only difference is that Jesus never told us that the Good Samaritan had been targeted by bullies himself once. One might imagine that to be the case, though, as the Good Samaritan felt sympathy for the hurt man and didn’t walk by when so many others (including the “religious”) did.

The world needs more men like Ken Olsen. I am glad he considers me to be his friend.

PAKISTAN PROTESTS FOR NORWEGIAN FAMILIES

May 26, 2016

THE LITTLE DISCIPLES CHILDREN MINISTRY heard about the Bodnariu Story and protested the Norwegian disregard for Human Rights on April 16, 2016, the day of the worldwide global protest. This Christian ministry is located in Toba Tek Singh, which is located in Central Pakistan.

This wonderful ministry shares the love of Jesus with those living in Toba Tek Singh! Thank you for your support Pakistan!
———————————————
That’s 7 of 72 cities covered starting in New Zealand and moving Westward across the globe.

We may not get all 72 protest cities covered before the next worldwide protest, but we are not in a hurry. We’ll just continue in the country where we left off, traveling East to West, if/when the next protest takes place.

A special thanks to o agnus dei – english + romanian blog which is Rodi’s English and Romanian Blog. It is where I found the story.

Scripture and the LGBT agenda by Dr James White

May 25, 2016

I saw this video on SLIMJIM’s blog called “The Domain For Truth.” You can read his blog post containing this video here.

“What was God’s purpose in Creation? It involves the goodness of human sexuality, male and female. It involves the establishment of the very first human institution by God, the family. You have Father and Mother. You have the natural outcome of that being children.” -Dr. White

3 Some Pharisees came to Jesus, testing Him and asking, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any reason at all?” 4 And He answered and said, “Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? 6 So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.” (Matthew 19)

This is a very good description of the Biblical World View of human sexuality and family.

I would like to thank Dan C. of The Battle Cry who linked to SLIMJIMS blog HERE. This is how is saw this video.

I follow both blogs: The Domain For Truth and The Battle Cry.

BREAKING NEWS – “Barnevernet has clearly and unashamedly made known its intentions that it seeks to permanently remove all 5 of the Bodnariu children, including baby Levy Ezekiel, place each of them in separate foster homes, and only grant the parents, Marius & Ruth, limited visitation rights; a few hours per visit, four times a year.”

May 23, 2016

Official Statement – Bodnariu case – May 21st, 2016

We are grateful for all of you who continue to pray and fast for Marius, Ruth, and their children. We are hopeful that the Bodnariu family will be reunited as we approach the crucial hearing that will take place at the County Committee for Social Affairs (May 30th – June 2nd). We believe the Lord will continue His work and will perform a miracle!

A team of psychologists, assigned by the County Committee for Social Affairs for an independent evaluation of the Bodnariu case, recently initiated a reunion, of a few short hours, for Marius & Ruth with all of their 5 children in their family home. All seven in the Bodnariu family welcomed their family reunion, the first since they were separated 6 months ago, and the entire event was filled with joy and sorrow simultaneously; each knowing that these short few hours were only temporary.

Marius & Ruth are holding strong for their family and we too continue alongside them! While baby Ezekiel is doing better now that he is at home, the remaining older 4 children fervently expressed their desperate desire to be returned home to their parents. The toll on the children of having been separated from their natural family is undeniable, very apparent in each of the Bodnariu children, and the children’s frustration is unavoidable. In turn, the Barnevernet impudently tries to spin the family’s time together, and children’s pleas for reunion, in such a way that all these tell-tale signs reflect negatively against the parents, Marius & Ruth.

Considering the short time remaining until the County Committee hearing, it is obvious that Barnevernet representatives are fighting desperately to gather – or rather, fabricate – any reasoning to defame the parents, Marius & Ruth; actions inherently working against the express interest of each of the children to return home to their natural family. In all this, Barnevernet undeniably demonstrates a blatant disregard pertaining to the superior interest expressed by the Bodnariu children and glaringly evidences Barnevernet’s unbridled diabolical intent of continuing in breaking up the Bodnariu family. Barnevernet has made the Bodnariu case a struggle for its own survival and seeks to destroy the Bodnariu family in this process as a sign to the world that Barnevernet alone dictates what is in the “superior interest of the child.” Barnevernet has clearly and unashamedly made known its intentions that it seeks to permanently remove all 5 of the Bodnariu children, including baby Levy Ezekiel, place each of them in separate foster homes, and only grant the parents, Marius & Ruth, limited visitation rights; a few hours per visit, four times a year.

As this seemingly unreal struggle intensifies, we earnestly request and encourage all of you to continue to supporting the Bodnariu family in prayer and fasting. We trust in our Lord Jesus Christ and believe that the County Committee deciding body will understand that there is no justification to not immediately and unconditionally reunite the Bodnariu family; a decision bringing this case to a happy ending and thus evidencing competence, objectivity, and clear mindedness on behalf of those in the County Committee.

This is the outcome we look forward to sharing with you in our next official statement; we don’t want to even think of the consequences and ramifications resulting from a different outcome…Again, we thank you for your continued support and pray that God reward you with His blessings in this life and eternal life thereafter!

WEEKLY WRAP-UP FOR 2016-5-21

May 22, 2016

Spring is here and the butterflies are beginning to flutter signs of creation all over the Northern Hemisphere. The Wings of the Wind and its editor had an interesting week. On the blogging front:

Forced Adoption in the U.K. included this video:

The reason I put up the forced Adoption story was because my friend Eugene Lukjanenko sent a message to this blog about getting out of prison.

https://chrisreimersblog.com/2018/04/05/eugene-lukjanenko-is-out-of-prison-sends-message-to-wings-of-the-wind-readers/

The video below details that sad story of how Eugene’s son was taken from him:

INDIA PROTESTS NORWAY’S CPS includes the following video by Dr. John Dayal:

American College of Pediatricians Slams Transgender Agenda in Children is an article from Dr. Chris Prunean’s Blog “Delight In Truth.” You will certainly not find this interesting article about the transgender subject anywhere in the mainstream media. “Why not?” is the question I have.

Here is the latest statement I could find from the American College of Pediatricians.

Review: Ashamed of the Gospel, by John MacArthur
I’ve been to Jim’s blog several times in the past. From this article, we appear like minded in the most important ways. I may have to try to get my hands on a copy of this now as Dan C. is reading it and, as it appears it may have some information on the “Downgrade controversy” in Spurgeon’s day of which I am not aware, I am curious.

Sermon Link: The Godhead Revealed by Dr Martyn Llloyd-Jones is a wonderful sermon that I found at Sherryn’s blog. Here is a man who knew how to rightly divide the Word of God.

Gospel Herald – Norway’s Seizure of Five Children due to Parents’ ‘Bible-Based Parenting Style’ Questioned by Over 100 Lawyers and Politicians Worldwide is only part of the story of the wonderful Christian family pictured above.

New DNA Study Confirms Noah is an interesting article by Brian Thomas, M.S. of the Institute for Creation Research.

Steven Bennett – SECRETS and LIES – Inside Barnevernet, Norway’s CPS is an article about the sad reality of Norway’s Child Protective Services.

On Tranquil Seas ~ is Deborah Ann’s poem I chose to publish this week. This was a much needed drink at an oasis along my journey this week. God’s Word is, of course, my primary source of strength, but Deborah Ann’s Words are based on scripture.
This was the favorite verse of a college friend who went on to become a pastor.

On the substitute front, I was fortunate to spend 4 of my 5 days at Fountain Lake. I enjoyed it all, from 2nd grade on up. I got to go on the annual trip to Blakely Dam that the 4th graders have been taking for years. The 5th day I was a spanish teacher at Park Elementary. I welcomed the students with my limited knowledge of Spanish: “Buenos Dias.”

The joke of the week comes from Clayton:

“What do you call a speaker without speak?”

“er”

May the God, our Creator and the Creator of Heaven and Earth, bless your week.

New DNA Study Confirms Noah

May 19, 2016

by Brian Thomas, M.S. *

Evolutionary teachings hold that all mankind arose from a population of ape-like ancestors from which chimpanzees also evolved. But Genesis, the rest of the Bible, and Jesus teach that all mankind arose from Noah’s three sons and their wives. A new analysis of human mitochondrial DNA exposes two new evidences that validate the biblical beginnings of mankind.

Mitochondrial DNA comes from mothers. Mother egg cells transmit their mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) into the cellular mitochondria of every child born. This unique annex of DNA contains 16,569 bases—either adenine, guanine, cytosine, or thymine (A, G, C, T)—that encode vital cellular information, like an instruction manual.

Scientists have been comparing the genetic differences between every major people group around the globe. How did those differences arise?

INDIA PROTESTS NORWAY’S CPS

May 16, 2016

Continuing westward in an effort to cover all protests from April 16, it must be mentioned that India was represented. A small group of protesters met in Kadapa, India. Whereas New Delhi is in the Northern part of India, Kadapa lies over 1,000 miles to the south. How the people there heard of this issue is beyond me, but they came out to protest.

Dr John Dayal – Secretary-General All India Christian Council, gave this address from New Delhi.

This is one issue where Protestants, Catholics, other religions, and atheists agree. It is a unique issue.

To Be An Example We Must Follow His Example

May 16, 2016

This is Rob Barkman from Settled in Truth Ministries. His teachings have been wonderful to this point and I think he makes a good exegesis here.

I think daily about these words of Jesus: “Apart from Me you can do nothing.” I am a dependent man who needs God’s strength. The older I get the more simple my prayers to my Friend become. They are specific, non-repetitive (at the time), and sometimes painful.

My best example always answers them one way or another.
